Alight 365

Branding

I created the design concept, direction and graphics for the 2024 Alight 365 launch.

01. The Challenge

Alight 365 is a past initiative that was being relaunched years later. This sub-brand needed to resurface with a fresh look that conveyed the updated project.

02. The Strategy

To maintain the vibrant energy of the Alight 365 program, we wanted to use Alight's signature gradient in a fresh way. I used Harvest Moon as the main background color to keep the look clean, and then filled text and shapes with the gradient instead of using it as a background (that's how it was used in the past).  For the new logo, I updated some of the curves in the typography to promote smooth balance, while adding a textured brush stoke to outline the numbers to give it that down-to-earth feel. The goal was to create a versatile look that could be used across several platforms while still fitting within Alight's brand.

03. The Result

The result was a clean and engaging visual campaign direction that was easily scalable for a variety of uses, including social media posts, email newsletter, website landing page, and email signatures.
